How To Reserve Places for the 4 p.m. Christmas Eve Mass
The only Christmas Eve Mass that will require parishioners to reserve places is the 4 p.m. Mass on Christmas Eve (Tuesday, December 24). How do you reserve places?
We will once again use Flocknote for reservations. When you submit your request through Flocknote, you will receive a confirmation. Print that out and bring it with you to Mass—one piece of paper, not individual tickets. When you arrive at church, simply show the confirmation to the person at the door and then deposit the confirmation in the container that will be available at the entrances.
If you are not currently using Flocknote, you will need to sign up for it. It is a very simple process. •Open your browser on your Internet connection. Type in stpetersolney.flocknote.com and click on “Sign Me Up”.
OR
•On your cell phone, text SPOLNEY to 84576. That’s all it takes!
How many spaces may you request? As many as the number of people residing in your house.
What if people change their plans and you no longer need the spaces you reserved for them? Please modify your request on Flocknote. We do not want anyone denied a space that could have been theirs.
When can you request space? The sign-up process will go live at 10 a.m. on Monday, December 16.
What if you don’t have a computer or a cell phone? Please ask a friend to complete the process for you.
What if all the reservations have been handed out? Keep checking back to see if anyone turned in their tickets.
Please note: Liturgical ministers who are scheduled to serve at the 4 p.m. Mass do not use this method. Instead, your coordinator will give you the tickets you need.
Please do not call the Parish Office regarding reservations. Please handle this process as outlined above. Thank you for your cooperation.
