There are no limitations on the number of people present.
Those who are not vaccinated are encouraged to wear masks.
We do not know where we will be with the pandemic at the time of your child’s baptism. If we are able, we may be back to multi-family baptisms.
However, for now, we are scheduling as if things will remain the same.
Baptisms are scheduled at 1 or 1:30 p.m. every Sunday except for the third Sunday of the month and holiday weekends, with one family at each time slot.
If we can safely open things up, the time may shift by a half hour or so, but the day will remain the same.
First-time parents must attend a Baptism Preparation Class, held the third Sunday of each month at 1 p.m. The method of the class is determined based on the current safety concerns.
Baptisms are not scheduled for the third Sunday of the month due to the Baptism Class that is held at that time.
Contact the Parish Office at 301-924-3774 for more information to arrange baptisms and sign up for the class.
Penance
At any time by appointment. Saturdays, 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. in the Main Church, and following First Friday evening Mass in the Main Church.
